If You Run, You’re a Runner!
Whether you’re a beginner starting with our Couch to 5K courses or a seasoned runner, we offer training, support, and encouragement for all. Our club is a running family with over 150 adult members of all ages and abilities. Training takes place all year round, with Monday evening sessions at Holkham Park and Holkham Beach during the summer (by kind permission of Holkham Estate), and alternating between Holkham Park and Fakenham in the winter.

How to join
We operate an online membership system. Subscriptions are due on 31st March each year and paid annually, in line with England Athletics Membership. Those joining between January and March can benefit from extended registration through to 31 March of the following year.
We currently offer 3 forms of membership, plus an annual Couch to 5K course with the option to go on to become a member at a discounted rate:
- Seniors (17+)
- Juniors (11-16) – providing they are accompanied by parent or
guardian at all times during sessions - Second club preference members
