A great turnout by the RntS for the Wells Beach Café Christmas Quiz in aid of Heritage House, Wells.
A 2nd place on the podium in a tight competition.

Rain, Sleet, Cold Wind, Mud? Yeah, let’s go for a 5k run!
A great event to raise money for Autism Anglia.

Well done to the guys who took on a tricky course in cold weather (and those that battled with the lurgy) and completed the 10k Trail Run this morning. Well done to Mat Eyre for taking a podium finish with 3rd place.

A windy Norfolk Coastal Half Marathon/Marathon greeted Anne-Marie, Ceri,
Evette, Glyn, Kerrie, Kevin and Lucy and a muddy Steeplechase was on
hand for Hayley W, Marie and Mat.
